Flowr BC Delahaze Pre-Roll Review
As I am constantly smoking on the go, I was intrigued to test and review more preroll joints. Early this week I picked up a 0.5gram pre-roll of BC Delahaze by Flowr. With great anticipation, I was planning to smoke this guy before I attack an all-you can-eat Chinese buffet on Friday. The Flowr pre-roll could not disappoint and had to live up to my big dreams.
Flowr BC Delahaze Pre-Roll is available via the OCS for $13.60 for one 0.5g joint.
Delahaze – Sativa Strain
The Strain Explained:
DelaHaze is a 70% sativa strain bred from Mango Haze and California Lemon Skunk genetics. To the delight of commercial growers, DelaHaze has the energetic effect profile of a Haze sativa while still offering sizeable yields and a moderate flowering time. Mango and citrus notes express themselves loudly and bring a sweet overtone to the strain's earthy, spicy aroma. Staying true to its Haze genetics, this sativa delivers uplifting cerebral energy that fuels creativity, focus, and happiness, and then tapers into calm relaxation in time.
First Impressions:
I definitely appreciated that the Flowr preroll came in a smaller package then the previous prerolls that I bought. Inside the box, the preroll joint was safely housed in a nice doob tube. These tubes are great to reuse and safely transport joints that you have rolled, to always be ready. Per usual, I struggled to figure out the childproof mechanism, you need to squeeze the tube on this particular package.
The pre-roll joint was produced sturdily and felt solid in the hand. Flowr has gone with the short and stubby format for their pre-rolls.
My Take:
At $13.60 for a single pre-roll joint I was expecting a pleasurable and premium experience. They were off to a good start as I appreciated the packaging and was ready to test the product in the wild. I rolled up to Mandarin(Chinese buffet) and sparked the preroll in a nice little alcove at the side of the restaurant, as it was cold and about -2 Celsius. As soon as I lit the joint, it immediately started to canoe insanely fast. I tried to ring it and bring it back under control but it was too far gone. Due to the short stubby design, I basically lost half of this expensive joint. I was pretty pissed mostly as I wasn’t as high as I wanted to be to totally crush this buffet. Ultimately, I had to go to my car and roll a joint in order to get sufficiently pre-buffet high. Overall, this was a traumatic experience for me and this joint did not pass the Canadian winter test.
Rating : This was an expensive product and I left a buffet(my favourite environment lol) sad and dejected. QQ . This was a true tragedy.
