They make their money based on a % fee spread (often 1.2%-1.5% as a transaction fee) when you buy or sell crypto and covert it back into local currency for withdrawal to your bank or financial institution.
PROS:

CONS:
The fees are slightly high. Competitive, but you can find slightly prices on other platforms. It depends on what type of user you are and your needs.
