The Canadian recreational cannabis market is an ultra competitive space, but also a landscape still ripe with opportunities for brands to enter and succeed in the market. Working with great partners, having a solid go-to-market strategy, retail penetration and sustained sales velocities are all challenges to be navigated.
I agree with Kaitlyn. Being supported be a strong team of good people and collaborating with other talented partners is key to being successful. Building trust and developing brand loyalty and engagement takes time, but the cannabis industry has some of the best talent and bright, positive individuals who are looking to make a difference.
