The Missing Food Group – Canada’s Food Guide
The Government of Canada has updated(2019) their recommendations to Canadians on how to eat and what to watch out for. As I read the guidelines, I was alarmed to see one of the most important food groups, cannabis, noticeably absent. With Canada having legalized cannabis for recreational purposes, I naively thought maybe someone would have advocated for the most important group to be included :)

I have updated the image below, with a highbrow recommended side portion of cannabis! I personally take a minimum of 0.5g of dried flower a day to maintain a healthy lifestyle, healthy body and mind.
