Cheers Cannabis - Key Lime Pie 7.0g Dried Flower Review
Cheers to the Freakin Weekend!!! Civic Holiday weekend is here and summer 2024 will officially be at the halfway mark. The Olympics are in full swing and College Football is just around the corner, #LFG
I must admit that I have been smoking a lot this summer. I can never pass up a classic back porch smoke, the park bench smoke or the always OG garage smoke. The plant bringing people together is what it is all about.
On this particular day, I cruised by Princess Buds in Stouffville. This is a great shop with good selection and a great staff. Most importantly, they are an independent store that really cares about education and being outstanding contributing members of the community. On this particular visit I walked out with two 7g bags.
The Ontario Cannabis Store has really expanded their selection of 7 gram offerings and there are lots of new brands and SKUs dropping with every new product call. That’s what I enjoy most about being a budtender, getting to try all of the new drops and then really evangelizing and riding for the products that you like and were impactful. This is my first time smoking Cheers Cannabis, so let’s see what they got!

Bag Appeal
These puppies are packed into a nitro tin. The nitrogen packed tins do maintain the product pretty well, but they are annoying to open and once opened it is key to transfer the product into a better airtight container.
Nonetheless, these had a really fresh and powerful scent upon open, oozing lots of smelly goodness. I would describe the smell as juicy fruit with a sour note ( a good sour note). Second, all of the nugs were medium to large size which was quite nice. The buds had a nice squish to them and a slight stickiness.
Fully Baked Thoughts
I hadn’t heard any hype about this brand before and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. I have smoked so much cheap boof and disappointing cananbis that has been pumped out of Quebec LPs. Fortunately, Cheers Cannabis is doing their part to right the ship on French weed.
The Key Lim Pie is an easy roller and sticks to the paper in an elegant manner. The high on this is very pleasant, but not incredibly powerful. You feel good and euphoric, plus a body high, but it doesn’t feel overpowering in any way. It is just chill weed that gives you a nice little kick in the pants.
The smoke was great, as it burned a nice white ash. The taste on the dry pull is delightful and really rounds out the experience. I will definitely be trying another Cheers Cannabis product, so stay tunes for when I pick up another strain and hopefully enjoy a similar experience.
