Ziba Döner Toronto – Food Review

Ziba Döner Toronto – Food Review

I proudly live the Uber Eats lifestyle.  I medicate quite frequently, so I often get the munchies and need to stay happy and fed.  On this particular day, I was feeling nostalgic and thinking back to my days partying all night in the clubs in Berlin.  Nothing can compare to being in an elevated state and on the centre of the dance-floor at Watergate when the BEAT DROPS and its synchronized with the lights........(mind blown).

I was feeling ambitious and like doing it right on this fine day, so I headed out to Ziba Donair in the city’s east end.  Armed with a bunch of joints and big appetite, I was ready to crush some döner.  As the ritual requires, I sparked up a joint I had rolled earlier(Happy Feet, a sativa by Peace Naturals).

ZIBA offer kebabs, falafel and salad, with locally sourced menu items , all prepared in-house.   “Döner” means turning or rotating on a spit in Turkish and this street delicacy is popular all over the world.  Ziba Berlin Doner say they use premium meat flavored with spices, herbs and homemade sauces, wrapped in Turkish pide bread that is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

The store was very nice, and was the optimal place to sprawl out and gorge on some food.  I ordered a Doner Kebab on the Turkish Pide with Beef & Veal and the works as toppings.  Damn this thing was pretty huge and very tasty.  I was so impressed to see that they had a napkin dispenser on every table.  This is like a high persons dream because obviously I didn’t grab napkins when I sat down and I got sauce all over my face and everywhere.  The kebab was pretty damn tasty and gave me flashbacks to a flavor profile that I like.

I will definitely get high and eat Ziba again.

With my hunger satiated, I happily moseyed  out of the store and sparked up a joint as my adventure continues.....

Keep it highbrow!
